I think & design to make complex products feel calm and understandable.

I joined insurtech Justos at seed stage as the first designer and spent the last 5 years shaping the product in many ways -- from core insurance flows to a behavior-based rewards system to AI-driven support -- while building the design team and embedding design into how the company makes decisions.

I'm drawn to problems without clear edges, where clarity has to be designed, not assumed. I work end to end and think in systems, because the most important design decisions are usually the ones that connect things, not the ones that polish them.

I do my best work when I'm close enough to the product to understand its real constraints -- collaborating deeply with engineers and product partners, and helping teams build things that add something good to the 🌍.
